Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Process

After you have completed your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. We typically package orders by 6pm (EST) and will begin processing the following business day. Orders are typically prepared and processed within 1-3 business days.

For orders placed over the weekend, they will be processed the following Monday.

Please note that once an order has been processed, you will not be able to change or cancel it. Please double-check and confirm your payment information and shipping address before placing your order.

You will receive an email update, including tracking information, within 48 hours of your order being shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). In some special cases such as bad weather, traffic conditions or other objective factors, the delivery time may be longer. We ask for your understanding in case of delay.

3. Shipping Cost

The standard shipping fee for all orders is $6.99.

Please note that this shipping fee is non-refundable after the order is completed and cannot be canceled.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you find that you have entered incorrect shipping information after the order has been shipped, please contact us immediately. In case the incorrect address results in the order not being delivered, we will not be responsible for the lost package.

Therefore, please make sure to double check the information before placing the order to avoid any problems after the order is processed.

5. Lost Orders
